The first-of-its-kind in the world, CerroZone’s revolutionary technology pulls air into the unit and treats it with a series of ultraviolet light sources, which convert the oxygen (O2) in the air into ozone (O3). The newly created ozone destroys any microorganisms in the air and is then forced through a proprietary catalyst that converts the ozone back into oxygen, which is reintroduced into the room as clean, fresh air. Whatever harmful viruses, pathogens or gasses go in are chemically restructured and leave as breathable air. There are no dangerous bi-products, or dangerous chemicals added to the air.
