Bill Williams is the president of Innovative Healthcare Solutions located in Blue Ridge, GA. He graduated from The Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Management. Bill spent 35+ years in both sales and managerial roles with various companies including Hewlett-Packard and General Electric. His primary focus was medical capital equipment and in later years, software technology. Bill built many successful teams and enjoyed helping his customers embrace innovative technology.
VP of Sales
Jim Axle is a Healthcare and Information Technology executive with more than 30 years of experience working with companies such as Hewlett-Packard’s MPG, Agilent Technologies, Philips Healthcare and startups such as Prism Alliance Group and Securlinx. This experience includes managerial sales and support of critical care devices, POC information systems, imaging systems, women’s healthcare, biometric IAM solutions and self-service (Kiosk) systems.
Jim brings his passion for customer service excellence to IHC Solutions. Finding new approaches to serve the people that serve the kids is his goal. His extensive healthcare background provides an ability to bring sanitizing and disinfecting best practices to the Head Start market. Jim is located in the Ann Arbor Michigan area.
Account Executive Region 1 & 2
Mitch came to Innovative Healthcare Solutions with a passion and dedication to serving the early education community. He has a deep understanding and commitment to children and educators which has been acquired in over 40 years of experience in the industry. Mitch enjoys cycling, running, as well as volunteering with the New York Blood Center. He is immersed in the New York Community and local government and works closely with the New York City Department of Education, the New York City Agency for Children’s Services, Region 1 and Region 2 Head Start, the Archdiocese of New York, the Lutheran School Association, and the Jewish Community Centers of America.
Account Manager, Region 5
Tara Franco is a Healthcare executive who brings over 25 years of combined business and clinical experience to Innovative Healthcare Solutions. She previously worked for Philips Healthcare, GE Healthcare and various other start-up medical device companies. Her extensive clinical background lends to her ability to understand and promote best disinfecting and sanitizing practices. She is passionate about developing customer partnerships. She has earned degrees in Marketing and Management, plus holds a registry in Cardiac Ultrasound.
Tara enjoys traveling, photography, being outdoors and playing golf. She is married with three grown sons and resides in the Metro Detroit area.
Michele Axle Richard
Account Manager, Ohio
Michele Axle Richard represents Innovative Healthcare Solutions as an Account Representative for Region 5. She is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University and has over 25 years of customer service experience and over 17 years of training experience including performing presentations, facilitating training courses, as well as conducting one on one coaching sessions. Michele is passionate about the well-being of children, as she has three of her own. Her compassion and experience make her well equipped to support your center in any way she can.
Account Executive, Region 6
Scott has over 30 years technology, business & financial operation, and organizational leadership. Scott has been responsible for selling and delivering solutions to customers for the past 25 years. Scott’s experience includes large scale project management, strategic planning, account management, and technical consulting. Scott is customer concentric and focused on their needs. Scott’s interests include running, cycling, and swimming in competitive events.
Account Executive, Region 8
Jeremy Fisher is the Region 8 Head Start Account Manager for IHS/Zono. He started his career in early childhood back in 2001, working for Lakeshore Learning Materials and specialized in supporting Head Start funded programs. He was invited to present hundreds of hands-on educational workshops and received countless letters of recommendation from programs all over the region. Jeremy Fisher was also a National Brand Ambassador and an award winning sales professional for Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC. He recently accepted the National Sales Director position for The Discovery Source. His history in early childhood over the last couple decades gives him knowledge of Head Start programs and he understands the benefit and value of these programs; especially their important role in building strong and healthy communities.
Account Executive, Region 9 & 10
Dave Scahill has been servicing and supporting Head Start programs for the past 35 years.
Dave is currently the CEO of The Discovery Source and he represents IHS and ZONO in Region 9 and 10. Dave has also been a Region 9 Head Start Association board member for the past 7 years and has always been a supporter and friend to the Head Start community.
Account Executive, Region 9 & 10
Shawn Scahill is a Sales Consultant and trained ZONO technician for Region 9 & 10 on the West Coast. He has been working with Early Childhood and Head Start programs for the past 7 years. Before entering the world of Education, he traveled extensively throughout the world, living in & visiting many memorable cities & holding many unique jobs. His passion for education is just as prominent in his personal as his professional life. As he could not do without his books, films, audiobooks and podcasts. He has been a practitioner of Meditation for 11 years & Jiu Jitsu martial arts for 2 years to help keep a balance of mind, body & soul.
Courtney Williams serves as the operations manager. She graduated from Queens University in Charlotte, NC with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She spent 10 years first, at the bedside in critical care and later in hospital administration. She then had the opportunity to stay home and raise their twin children. Courtney has spent the last 7 years teaching middle and high school science. Courtney has joined Bill fulltime and has had the opportunity to travel and meet many in the Head Start community. She is looking forward to being a support both to Bill and the community of Head Start.
Region 4 Territory Account Manager. Director of Implementation
Fletcher Williams serves as Director of Implementation at IHS. He attended the University of South Alabama studying Emergency Medical Services. While a student he served as a university ambassador, as well as president and founder of his fraternity chapter. He worked as an EMT for LifeGuard Ambulance Service for a year before he began working at IHS. Fletcher has had the opportunity to travel across the country and work one-on-one with Head Start teams to train their staff and help implement our healthcare solutions. Fletcher can be onsite or virtual with your teams to train and answer all of your questions to best support your center’s operations.
Ryan Byrd is a graduate of the University of South Alabama where he obtained his BS in Management with a focus in Human Resources. He has also obtained his associates degree in Business Administration from Coastal Alabama Community College. He is from the small town of McIntosh Alabama where he was a student at his local Head Start program. He can confidently say that attending Head Start as a child gave him the skills and confidence to be where he is today! He currently lives in Mobile, Alabama and works as the operations manager for Innovative Healthcare Solutions, LLC located in Fairhope, AL.

Ian’s story started on the island of Trinidad & Tobago where he had big dreams of owning his own business. After graduating from the University of the West Indies with a degree in Business, Ian headed to the United States to pursue his dream. He began his career as a delivery service manager at Expo Design center. This avenue piqued his interest in logistics and
lead him to subsequently launch Simmons & Sons Inc.
Simmons & Sons has operated in the southeast region for nearly two decades. S & S supplies transportation and logistical support to major retailers across the United States. Some of our relationships include Home Depot, Wayfair, IHS and Costco. We specialize in white glove delivery services which help to maintain long standing client relationships. In addition to these services Simmons & Sons consults with clients to solve logistics and transportation issues and implement new strategies that allow our client to get goods to customers faster.

Ashley Atwell graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of South Alabama. She is from Houston County, Alabama but is currently living in Mobile, Alabama, serving as the Shipping and Delivery Coordinator for Innovative Healthcare Solutions, LLC.
Business development manager
Hello, I am Lisa Greenfield, Business Development Manager here at Innovative Healthcare Solutions. In May of 2021 I earned my BA in Sociology, minoring in Psychology from Drake University. Prior to this I earned my AA at the local community college, as well as becoming a state certified para educator, working for 8 years in grades K-8. I taught Head Start and Early Head Start preschool for almost 10 years. In total, I have 25 years of experience working with children, in the field of education, from a variety of cultures, age ranges, abilities, and socioeconomic backgrounds. My background in education has proven very helpful in bridging the needs of the classroom, students and staff, with the products we provide. I am honored to be part of the Innovative Healthcare Solutions team as an educator and Product Specialist.
Liv Williams serves as the Marcom Manager for IHS. She graduated from The King’s College in New York City in 2021 with a B.A. in Media, Culture and the Arts and a double minor in Business Management and History. She began her journey with IHS during the summer of 2020 by helping create processes and paperwork. Now, she is excited to have transitioned into a full-time employee creating media content and coordinating all conference materials. It’s been an honor for her to be a part of such a wonderful team and to help people across the US learn more about health and safety.
Region 3 Account Manager
Linda Hall serves as the Region 3 Account Manager. She comes to IHS with over 30 years of experience in the Education Field serving in the roles of a classroom teacher, program director, instructional coach, and leadership consultant. Throughout her career, she has been an advocate for the health and safety of students, staff, and clients. Linda has served as a facility committee member during her years as a 5th-grade teacher, working with other key stakeholders to review and recommend improvements and best practices to increase the overall well-being and health of those who entered the school. In her role as Account Manager for IHS, Linda is driven to give her clients the best possible experience and is passionate about helping them to reach their health and safety goals through our proven solutions.
Region 7 Account Manager
Jeff Thompson brings more than 20 years of classroom experience to his role consulting with Head Start Centers around health and safety. He taught in middle school classrooms in Southern California before moving into the nonprofit sector with Habitat for Humanity, leading training and development for volunteer programs across the United States. Driven by his belief that there’s always a solution, Jeff sees the best way to help kids learn is to help teachers – let the teachers teach and help them with every other expectation. Jeff works with the Head Start market in Region 7, bringing best practices in sanitizing and disinfecting to busy classrooms and buildings.
